All transactions are backed up by the official refund policy of Zen Hen as the following:
Zen Hen will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any product within 30 days from the date of purchase with valid proof of purchase. After 30 days all sales are final.
Refunds may only be issued for customers who have used the product in the way it is intended to be used and are not satisfied with the results.
Appointment fees will be charged unless 24 hour notice is given or, in the sole discretion of Zen Hen due to a valid medical or other emergency.
